To avoid that you need to start out with first understanding and then putting HR fundamentals in place. Once that has been established you then need to maintain and implement them on a consistent basis. Areas covered in the session include: maximizing your recruiting efforts; selecting the right employees; managing employee performance; designing a competitive rewards package; recognizing employees; developing an effective training plan; communicating results; and striving for employee engagement. Basic equipment and processes are presented along with variations that employ alternative or supplementary set-ups to enhance the cleaning results.
